Flokee operates on a no-refund policy for most services due to the nature of digital transactions, investment plans, and lottery-based participation. However, under specific conditions, refunds may be granted at Flokee’s discretion.

Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same service.
  • Failed Transactions: If the payment is deducted from your account, but the service is not activated.
  • Service Disruptions: If a technical failure on our end prevents you from using a prepaid service.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

  • Investment Plans & Lottery Entries
  • Used Services such as hosting, IT support, or consultancy
  • User Negligence (e.g., incorrect payment details)

Refund Process

  2. Provide Details: Include your transaction ID, payment proof, and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Review & Approval: Our team will review the request and notify you within 5-10 business days.
  4. Refund Issuance: If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
