General Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, cancellations are generally not permitted once a transaction is completed. Users must carefully review their selections before making a payment. Specific services may allow cancellations under certain conditions, as detailed below.

Cancellation Eligibility

Cancellations may be considered in the following cases:

  • Subscription-Based Services (e.g., Hosting & IT Solutions): Users can request cancellation before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
  • Duplicate Transactions: If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same service, you may request cancellation of the duplicate order.
  • Service Unavailability: If a paid service cannot be delivered due to technical issues on our end, a cancellation request may be accepted.

Cancellations are not permitted for the following:

  • Investment Plans & Lottery Entries: Once funds are allocated, they cannot be withdrawn or canceled.
  • One-Time Services: Services such as consultancy, IT support, and other non-subscription-based services are non-cancellable after confirmation.

Cancellation Request Process

  • Submit a Request: Email support@flokee.net within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Provide Details: Include your order ID, payment proof, and the reason for cancellation.
  • Review & Approval: Our team will review the request and notify you of the decision within 5 business days.

Refunds for Canceled Services

If a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (if applicable).
